Revelation 13:8
…the Lamb who was slain from the creation of the world.
Yesterday, God laid this on my heart and told me to share it : you are not a mistake Jesus had to fix but a child He was willing to save!! Now let me prove it – LOL. In Revelation 13:8, we read about ”the Lamb who was slain from the creation of the world.” This tells me that as Adam was given life, Christ received death, but neither one would stay there!! Adam would die and Christ would rise!!!! Adam was given life, and with it he bought death, where Christ was given death and with it, He bought life!!! Hallelujah!!
What I want you to see is that God sending Jesus to die wasn’t a reaction but a planned action!! Adam’s sin wasn’t a surprise God had to deal with but a process He had planned for!! That just speaks to me about the Heart of Jesus!!! As I was thinking about this yesterday, I imagined a board room and God, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit sitting around the table and God saying “Jesus, You know if We create humanity what the cost will be.” Without hesitation Jesus answered, “ I know, Father, but how wonderful will it be to spend all eternity with (insert your name here)!!!!!!”
