He did not spare the ancient world when
He brought the flood on its ungodly people,
but protected Noah, a preacher of righteousness, and seven others, then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly
from trials and to hold the unrighteous for punishment on the day of judgment.”

My God, I go through trials every day,
and every day You are faithful to rescue me. Some of my trials are like the
waters of a flood, and some of them are like rain puddles, but Your Sprit and
Your saving power are with me through them all.
