Psalm 30:11 Scripture Meditation by Stephen Taylor

Psalm 30:11

You turned my wailing into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy.

When He found me, I had hate in my heart, but there was love in His. I had fear in my eyes, but there was forgiveness in His. I wore a crown of pride, but He wore a crown of humility and peace. I had sin flowing through my veins, but there was freedom flowing through His. When He found me, I still had the hammer in my hand and He still had the nail marks in His. I had earned condemnation but received liberation instead!

Jesus met me at my worst and never once did He shame me, guilt me, belittle me, or tell me I wasn’t good enough to be His! In fact, He told me the exact opposite, and He is telling you that today as well! He is saying, “Come home, child. I know it’s been hard. I know it hurts and you have been running for a very long time, but today that stops! Just come home!!!!!”

As long as we have breath in our lungs, it’s never too late to turn back to the one who gave His life for ours and the one who makes getting out of bed each day possible! Trust me, I fail daily and I will fail till the day I die, but now I don’t have to do it alone and I don’t have to bear the weight of all that sin!! I have Him, and He is Jesus!! The Name above every other Name!! And He is waiting on you!!!!!

I love you all, God bless, and Glory to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit!!!
