I was doing a devotion with the guys at the Jeremiah Tree this morning, and we read about how some enemies were attacking a city in Israel. This verse from 1 Samuel 11:6 stood out -
When Saul heard about this, the Spirit of God came powerfully upon him, and he burned with anger.
This is at the beginning of King Saul's reign, before he began disobeying the Lord. It says the Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit, caused Saul to burn with anger. He was mad enough to fight, and that's what he did. He went to war.
My question to you is this: What does the Holy Spirit make you mad about?
What are you going to do about it?
